This website has been created to provide a place where impacted owners and residents can share information about the project. At present, what is being posted is a few of the documents which have been provided by the Public Works department, copies of minutes and documents created by the Garden Oaks Civic Club and other documents brought in from various public sources. We do not yet have a time line but expect PW to "go out for bids" Q4 2014 to Q1 2015. Project commencement on Alba may be expected in 2015. Golf and Sue Barnett work is expected follow that. We may reasonably anticipate construction to occur over a period of years.
